Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with efficiency and accuracy
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues using STAR service standards
- Process reservations and room assignments via OPERA system
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Execute billing transactions and reconcile daily reports
- Uphold brand standards through personalized guest interactions
- Maintain security protocols for guest safety and property
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with PMS systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic math and cash handling accuracy
- Valid California driver's license (for airport runs)
- High school diploma or equivalent
