Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations including check-in/check-out processes and guest inquiries
- Train and mentor front desk agents on service standards and hotel systems
- Resolve guest complaints with professionalism and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Manage room inventory and coordinate with housekeeping for optimal occupancy
- Handle VIP requests and ensure personalized experiences for high-profile guests
- Collaborate with concierge, reservations, and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Monitor revenue opportunities and upsell premium services effectively
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hotel front desk experience with supervisory background
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-volume hospitality environments
- Expert knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid New Mexico driver's license with clean record
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
- Hotel management certification preferred
