- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly using a service-first approach.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the professional appearance and organization of the reception area and lobby.
- Assist with concierge services and provide local recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front desk or guest services role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure.
