Responsibilities
- Efficiently check-in/out guests using hotel management systems
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Maintain accurate reservation records and room status updates
- Uphold safety and security protocols during night hours
- Perform nightly audits and report preparation
Qualifications
