Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across all hotel touchpoints, including front desk, housekeeping, and concierge services
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with accuracy and efficiency using property management systems
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas exceeding industry cleanliness standards
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with solutions-focused approach
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
- Adhere to all safety protocols, sanitation guidelines, and company policies
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance service skills and product knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn property management systems
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Valid work authorization in the United States
