Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival at the front desk.
- Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries regarding local amenities and transportation.
- Maintain a pristine and organized front desk area and lobby environment.
- Handle cash transactions, process credit cards, and balance daily reports accurately.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, and special arrangements to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and culinary teams to ensure seamless operations and guest comfort.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and a keen attention to detail.
