Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Handle check-ins/checkouts with efficiency and warm hospitality
- Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Monitor security systems and manage emergency protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare end-of-night reports for management review
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel/hospitality experience required
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera/PMS)
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (if required for property runs)
