Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using property management systems
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with proactive problem-solving
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for optimal service delivery
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Upsell hotel amenities and special promotions to enhance guest experience
- Assist with valet services and concierge requests as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hotel front desk or customer service role
