Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins/check-outs using PMS systems while maintaining accuracy
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and empathy
- Monitor security systems and access control during overnight hours
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness and issue resolution
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and balance daily financial transactions
- Update guest preferences and loyalty program information in real-time
- Conduct nightly audits and prepare shift reports for management review
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality/customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Cloudbeds, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask effectively during high-traffic periods
- Valid Nebraska hospitality or alcohol service certification
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Omaha attractions and transportation options
