As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is seamless, comfortable, and memorable.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage incoming phone calls and guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly.
- Respond to guest requests, including room service, directions, and local recommendations.
- Maintain a pristine lobby environment and assist with general hotel maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure room readiness.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred; equivalent experience is considered.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Professional appearance and a positive, energetic attitude.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus but not required.
