Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Manage reservations and update guest information in the property management system.
- Resolve guest complaints or requests with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior experience in hospitality is required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are preferred.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
