Responsibilities
- Execute seamless check-in and check-out procedures for all guests using property management systems.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional front lobby environment at all times.
- Answer and direct incoming calls and emails with a high level of courtesy and efficiency.
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and balance daily reports accurately.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with empathy and effective problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or reception role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel reservation software (e.g., Opera, SkyTouch).
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
