Responsibilities

  • Guest Reception: Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
  • Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to exceed expectations.
  • Operations Support: Manage front desk operations, including handling phone calls, managing the switchboard, and processing payments accurately.

Qualifications
