Responsibilities
- Guest Reception: Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
- Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to exceed expectations.
- Operations Support: Manage front desk operations, including handling phone calls, managing the switchboard, and processing payments accurately.
- Room Management: Communicate room status updates to housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready.
- Security Compliance: Verify guest identities, check for outstanding charges, and adhere to all hotel security and safety protocols.
- Reservation Coordination: Assist with reservation inquiries and update the property management system (PMS) as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent, Guest Services Agent, or in a similar hospitality role is preferred but not required for exceptional candidates.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Appearance: Professional appearance and demeanor with a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
