Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process and resolving any immediate concerns.
- Manage hotel reservations and room assignments with precision using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, providing accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, and dining options.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with empathy and efficiency to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the lobby area to ensure it is clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address room issues and ensure a pristine guest experience.
- Process payments accurately and balance daily financial reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or hotel management certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera, RoomMaster, or similar).
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- A professional appearance and a positive attitude are essential.
