Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during check-in/check-out processes
- Maintain cleanliness and order in guest rooms and public areas
- Operate hotel systems including reservation software and POS terminals
- Resolve guest inquiries and address concerns promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to management
- Adhere to all hotel policies and health regulations
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hotel systems
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
