Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, verifying identification and payment details.
- Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately or take detailed messages.
- Manage the front desk operations, including mail distribution and package handling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby area at all times.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and reservations.
- Resolve guest complaints or concerns with empathy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or reception role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, guest Wi-Fi systems).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift light objects.
