Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails with a professional and courteous tone.
- Resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Manage the lobby area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Assist with key management and room access control.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address room issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
