Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and efficiently check them in and out using the property management system.
- Manage the front desk during night operations, including answering phones, processing payments, and handling inquiries.
- Monitor security cameras and perform regular rounds of the property to ensure guest safety and asset protection.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, transportation, and wake-up calls as requested.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Prepare night audit reports and ensure all financial transactions are accurate.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams regarding late arrivals or room issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during the night shift.
