Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Manage the registration process efficiently, verifying guest information and processing payments accurately.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls, respond to email inquiries, and provide accurate information regarding our services and local area attractions.
- Reservations: Assist with making and modifying room reservations using our property management system.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area, including filing and data entry.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure room readiness and guest needs are met.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous hospitality or customer service experience is not required; we value attitude and aptitude over tenure.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professionalism: A polished, professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
