Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes to ensure a seamless experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, guest rooms, and public areas to the highest standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
- Assist in coordinating room service, housekeeping requests, and valet parking services.
- Monitor and manage inventory for the front desk and public areas, reporting shortages promptly.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and emergency procedures during every shift.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn property management software quickly.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight.
- Valid driver's license preferred for valet or shuttle positions.
