Responsibilities
- Greet & Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to guests upon arrival and departure, setting the tone for a memorable stay.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, answering inquiries about local attractions, dining, and amenities.
- Communication: Manage incoming calls and emails promptly, ensuring clear and courteous communication with guests and colleagues.
- Problem Solving: Handle guest requests and resolve any issues with empathy and efficiency to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Operations Support: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby spaces.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We value attitude over experience!
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Technical: Basic computer literacy and comfort with using hotel management software.
- Attitude: A proactive, service-oriented mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction.
