Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a seamless check-in experience.
- Manage the front desk operations, including processing reservations, check-outs, and handling payments accurately.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to email inquiries professionally, providing information about our services and local area.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, lobby, and common spaces.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and facilities are in perfect condition.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in computer systems, including property management software (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
