Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting with check-in/check-out processes efficiently.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering calls, handling inquiries, and resolving guest concerns promptly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception area, and common spaces.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash, credit card, and electronic transactions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or customer service role preferred but not required for immediate hire.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure during peak check-in times.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
