Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, handling check-ins and check-outs efficiently using hotel management software.
- Answer incoming calls with a polite and clear tone, addressing inquiries about room availability, amenities, and local attractions.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the hotel lobby, front desk area, and common spaces.
- Process payments accurately and reconcile daily financial transactions.
- Handle guest complaints or requests promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for new arrivals.
- Stay updated on local events and directions to provide accurate recommendations to guests.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to help others.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- The ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
