Responsibilities
- Supervise daily housekeeping schedules and ensure 100% room readiness and quality standards.
- Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas.
- Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping staff to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage inventory levels of linens, toiletries, and cleaning supplies.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or requests regarding cleanliness promptly.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
- Oversee the check-out process and coordinate with the front desk.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in hotel housekeeping or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid Driver's License preferred.
