Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Provide a professional and welcoming greeting to all guests and visitors upon arrival.
- Reception Duties: Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones, directing calls, and managing emails.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Assist guests with registration, key card distribution, and checkout procedures.
- Information Desk: Offer local area information and answer inquiries regarding hotel services and amenities.
- Security & Access: Monitor the lobby area, verify visitor credentials, and ensure building security protocols are followed.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate guest logs, process payments, and assist with general office tasks.
Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse clientele.
- Attitude: A positive, outgoing personality and a genuine desire to help others.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus but not mandatory.
