Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year luxury hotel front desk experience
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- San Diego residency required for immediate start
