Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering multi-line phones, routing calls, and managing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Handle front desk reception duties such as scheduling appointments, managing check-ins/outs, and maintaining the reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and preparing meeting rooms for client visits.
- Ensure strict adherence to security protocols and visitor management procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; additional hospitality or business training is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in a similar customer service role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic scheduling software.
- Ability to multi-task efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
