Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences using our property management system
- Manage room reservations and availability across multiple booking platforms
- Respond to guest inquiries with prompt, professional solutions
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery
- Assist with luggage handling and valet services as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
