Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized check-in/check-out experiences with 100% guest satisfaction focus
- Efficiently manage reservations, room assignments, and payment processing
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams for seamless operations
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to maximize revenue

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proven ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Proficiency with PMS systems (Opera/Micros preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Albuquerque attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
