Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional check-in/check-out services using Opera property management system
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with prompt, personalized solutions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments accurately and manage cash drawer procedures
- Upsell hotel amenities, dining packages, and local attractions
- Maintain detailed guest preference profiles for personalized service
- Assist with VIP guest coordination and special event logistics
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
- Basic accounting knowledge for cash handling
- Valid New Mexico driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency strongly preferred
