Responsibilities
- Check-in/out guests efficiently while maintaining high service standards
- Manage reservations and room assignments using Opera PMS
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Market hotel amenities and upsell premium services
- Ensure lobby area remains immaculate and welcoming
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of Raleigh attractions and local services
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (if driving shuttle)
