Responsibilities

- Resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining service standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Act as local tourism resource for guests exploring El Paso
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Proficient in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required for local market
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional errands
