Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using property management systems, verifying all necessary information.
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, answering inquiries and resolving issues.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions with strict adherence to company security protocols.
- Manage room reservations, cancellations, and updates in a timely manner.
- Assist guests with local directions, recommendations, and requests to enhance their stay.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area at all times.
Qualifications
- No prior professional experience required; we value attitude and work ethic over experience.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
