Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our state-of-the-art property management system.
- Handle all front desk inquiries, including reservations, directions, and local recommendations.
- Process payments and manage all financial transactions accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Assist with concierge services and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous hotel front desk experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Must be professional, friendly, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
