Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly using conflict resolution techniques
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Utilize property management systems (Opera/PMS) for real-time updates
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Act as local tourism ambassador for Fort Worth attractions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera, PMS, or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Spanish fluency highly desirable
