- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes using hotel management systems
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Resolve guest complaints and coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance teams
- Provide local recommendations and information about Miami attractions
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and special requests
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with concierge and valet services for seamless guest experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
