Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional check-in/check-out experiences for 150+ daily guests
- Manage reservations using Opera PMS system with 99% accuracy
- Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with multilingual support
- Process payments and resolve billing discrepancies efficiently
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Upsell premium rooms and amenities to maximize revenue
- Maintain meticulous guest preference profiles for personalized service
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or high-volume customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication skills in English (Spanish/Asian languages a plus)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments during peak seasons
- Valid Washington State food handler's card or willingness to obtain
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Seattle attractions and transportation systems
