Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in process.
  • Manage daily front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and processing reservations accurately.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with patience, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, lobby, and common spaces.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure all guest rooms are ready for occupancy.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or customer service certification is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a hotel front desk or reception role preferred but not required for highly motivated candidates.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera or StayNTouch.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism and courtesy.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
