Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Oversee the daily operations of the hotel to ensure seamless guest experiences and high service standards.</li><li>Manage and mentor a diverse team of front-of-house, housekeeping, and back-of-house staff to foster a positive work environment.</li><li>Monitor and control the hotel's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as corporate policies and safety standards.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, vendors, and community stakeholders to enhance the hotel's reputation.</li><li>Address and resolve guest complaints or issues efficiently to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.</li><li>Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to drive occupancy and maximize revenue.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management or a related hospitality field.</li><li>Proven track record of leading teams and achieving operational goals.</li><li>Strong understanding of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage service.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.</li><li>Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.</li></ul>
