Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation of guest accounts, credit card transactions, and cash reports
- Check-in/check-out guests during overnight hours using Opera property management system
- Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Prepare daily management reports and financial summaries
- Coordinate with day staff for seamless operational transitions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management software
- Strong mathematical accuracy and attention to detail
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Oklahoma hospitality certification preferred
