Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using Opera property management system
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Resolve guest complaints with exceptional service recovery techniques
- Coordinate housekeeping, valet, and maintenance requests
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Act as local tourism ambassador for Raleigh attractions
- Maintain security protocols for guest safety
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management software (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic knowledge of Raleigh tourism and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license (for valet coordination)
