Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while verifying reservations and payment methods
- Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with exceptional professionalism
- Manage room assignments and coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Operate hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi) with precision
- Collaborate with security and maintenance teams for property safety
- Prepare nightly reports and manage key inventory
Qualifications
- 1+ years of hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with hotel management software and MS Office
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Flexible schedule availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Nebraska hospitality certification preferred
