Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to guests upon arrival and departure.
- Reservation Management: Handle check-ins, check-outs, and room reservations efficiently using the property management system.
- Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Front of House: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Communication: Liaise effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and the kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Security: Adhere to all safety protocols and hotel security policies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or customer service role (Hospitality preferred).
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; some college or hospitality certification is a plus.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Interpersonal: Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Availability: Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
