  • Supervise front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge services.
  • Manage front-of-house staff, conducting morning briefings and shift handovers.
  • Resolve guest complaints and escalated issues with grace and efficiency.
  • Ensure the lobby, reception areas, and public spaces are immaculate.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel management or supervisory roles.
