In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the hotel during peak weekend hours, ensuring seamless check-ins, managing guest inquiries, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge services.
- Manage front-of-house staff, conducting morning briefings and shift handovers.
- Resolve guest complaints and escalated issues with grace and efficiency.
- Ensure the lobby, reception areas, and public spaces are immaculate.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Enforce all hotel policies, safety regulations, and security procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel management or supervisory roles.
- Strong knowledge of hotel PMS (Property Management Systems) such as Opera or Cloudbeds.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are highly preferred.
