Responsibilities
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding services, facilities, and local attractions with a proactive approach.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized lobby and common areas.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and public spaces meet our high standards.
- Support special events and daily hotel operations as needed.
- Provide feedback to management to help improve overall guest satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience required; we value attitude and willingness to learn over experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and professional at all times.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
