Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation and payments are processed accurately.
- Respond to incoming phone calls and emails promptly, addressing guest inquiries, reservations, and requests with a professional and friendly tone.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, lobby, and public spaces to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Monitor security cameras and access points to ensure the safety and security of guests and property during the night shift.
- Handle overnight wake-up calls, coordinate with housekeeping for late check-outs, and assist with any guest emergencies.
- Process daily financial transactions, including cash handling, credit card verifications, and petty cash management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or customer service is highly valued.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact warmly with guests in a professional manner.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks, such as lifting luggage or supplies.
