Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining accurate reservation records
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries with precision
- Act as primary point of contact for guest requests and concerns
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance operations seamlessly
- Upsell hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk area
- Utilize PMS software for daily operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
- Spanish fluency highly valued in San Antonio market
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
