Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins/checkouts using PMS software
- Handle reservation inquiries and room assignments
- Resolve guest complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Promote hotel amenities and local attractions
- Maintain organized front desk and lobby areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service or hospitality experience
