Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to ensure a high-performing team.
- Ensure 100% guest satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
- Maintain financial targets by controlling operating costs, managing budgets, and increasing revenue.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with local and state regulations.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to drive occupancy rates and host special events.
- Monitor inventory levels for food, beverage, and amenities, placing orders as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree in Hospitality or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in hotel management or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera, Micros, or similar software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Crisis management and problem-solving abilities.
